We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you sign up (business name, contact details, user accounts) and the data you create while using the system (products, sales, stock movements, etc.). We also collect basic technical information like IP address and device type to keep your account secure.
How we use it
We use your information to run the service, keep your account secure, send you important service notifications, and — only with your permission — improve our product. We never sell your data. We never use your business data to train external AI models.
How long we keep it
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain a limited record (for tax and audit compliance) for 7 years, then delete everything.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the app. For questions or requests we can't handle automatically, email privacy@newvisioninventory.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups run daily. Access is restricted by role and audited. We follow industry best practices for security.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes we'll notify you by email and in-app before the changes take effect.
